Scope of Application

Applicable to lye, benzene, ether, alcohol, aldehyde, alkane, ammonia water and sodium hydroxide; suitable for chemical engineering, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, synthetic fiber and other industrial sectors, as well as the conveyance of pharmaceutical intermediates and related media.

Design Features

1. Compact structure, small floor space: The motor is directly connected to the pump body via a common shaft or rigid coupling, eliminating complex components such as bearing frames, couplings and foundation base plates of traditional split-type pumps. The overall size is small with a relatively light weight, saving installation space and enabling a more flexible layout.

2. High concentricity, stable operation: The motor is directly connected to the pump impeller, eliminating the deflection and oscillation that may be caused by long-shaft transmission.The ultra-high concentricity significantly reduces vibration and noise, ensuring more stable and reliable operation.

3. Easy maintenance: Simple structure with fewer parts and minimal daily maintenance points.
