Design Features

The single screw pump is a new type of pump operating on the principle of positive displacement with rotary meshing for progressive conveyance. Its main working components are an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed bushing (stator). Thanks to the special geometric shapes of these two components, independent sealed cavities are formed respectively. The medium flows forward uniformly in the axial direction with low internal flow velocity, constant volume and stable pressure, thus avoiding eddy currents and agitation.
