Scope of Application: Suitable for phosphoric acid slurry, fluorosilicic acid containing silica gel, mother liquor and other media; various acid solutions, corrosive mineral slurries and electrolytes in the hydrometallurgy of zinc, lead, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth and other metals; also applicable to pickling systems, sewage with impurities and other industrial scenarios, for the conveyance of both clean liquids and slurries.

Design Features: It is a semi-open impeller, single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. All wetted parts are fully manufactured with fluoroplastic-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), featuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and creep resistance (environmental stress crack resistance). The thickness of the lining layer is not less than 8 mm. The load-bearing components of the pump are made of metal materials. It can be equipped with a fluororubber negative pressure sealing ring plus a cooling water device, or a mechanical seal as an alternative configuration.
