Scope of Application

Suitable for pumping peanut butter, pickles, mashed potatoes, hops, baking powder slurry, syrup, molasses, etc. Also for adhesives, glues, and glaze slurries for all types of tiles, porcelain and pottery. Applicable to various abrasives, corrosives, petroleum, and mud, as well as highly toxic, flammable, volatile liquids, and strong acids, strong alkalis, highly corrosive liquids.

Design Features

Capable of conveying media with particle diameter up to 10mm, with minimal pump wear when pumping mud and impurities. No priming required, with a suction lift of up to 7m and a head of up to 50m. Excellent passing performance, suitable for both flowing liquids and high-viscosity media.

With no rotating parts or shaft seals, the diaphragm completely isolates the conveyed media from the pump's moving parts and working media, ensuring zero external leakage of the media. Easy to operate—simply open or close the air source valve to start or stop the pump. The pump will not be damaged even when running without media or in case of sudden shutdown.

It has self-protection performance: the pump will shut down automatically in case of overloading, and resume normal startup once the load returns to the standard range.
