Scope of Application: Widely used in pickling and painting processes of automobile manufacturing; electrolyte delivery in non-ferrous metal smelting; and technological processes such as chlorinated water treatment, wastewater treatment and acid dosing in ion-exchange membrane caustic soda projects.

Design Features: The IHF series is manufactured with HT250 lined with F46, capable of bearing part of the pipeline gravity. All wetted parts are fully lined with fluoroplastic, and the load-bearing parts of the pump are made of cast gray iron. Equipped with an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, the mating materials are available as SiC vs PTFE and cemented carbide vs cemented carbide, with mating faces selectable for different working conditions. The impeller is integrally molded from fluoroplastic with a steel insert encapsulated inside, ensuring structural strength during rotation. The pump can be configured with partial flushing schemes compliant with API standards.
