Scope of Application: Suitable for conveying lye, benzene, ether, alcohol, aldehyde, alkane, ammonia water, sodium hydroxide, pharmaceutical intermediates and other media. It is applicable to the transfer of toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and valuable liquids.

Design Features: Adopting an innovative hydraulic model design and a full-range silica sol pickling process, which ensures the finish of the flow passage and increases the pump efficiency by 3%~6%. Standard configuration of mating parts: the sliding bearing is made of modified PEEK, balancing lubricity and load-bearing capacity. The shaft sleeve is made of cemented carbide with extremely high hardness and finish. The isolation sleeve is manufactured with laser welding technology, and all weld scars are subject to flaw detection. The ultimate pressure bearing capacity of the TMC series isolation sleeve reaches 1.6 MPa.
